Exciting Update

Beginning June 1st, all weekday lessons at The Circle Fastpitch will be offered as Paired Lessons (2 athletes to 1 coach) or Small Group Lessons (3 athletes to 1 coach).

This format allows athletes to receive high-quality instruction in a professional training environment while benefiting from the energy and learning opportunities that come from working alongside other pitchers. By keeping groups small, each athlete still receives individualized coaching, adjustments, and feedback throughout the lesson.

One of the biggest advantages of paired and small group training is the opportunity to learn from others. Athletes hear coaching cues being given to their peers, see different movement patterns, and gain a better understanding of how adjustments apply to their own pitching. Many athletes find that hearing a concept explained to someone else helps it click for them as well.

Training alongside other hardworking pitchers also creates an environment of accountability and encouragement. Athletes are surrounded by others who are committed to improving, pushing through challenges, and showing up consistently. This often leads to increased confidence, better focus, and a stronger understanding of what it takes to develop as a pitcher.

Lessons continue to focus on mechanics, spin development, movement quality, mental performance, and game-ready adjustments. Athletes will have opportunities to ask questions, problem solve, and learn how to make adjustments independently, skills that are critical when they step into the circle on game day.

The goal is not simply to create better pitchers. The goal is to create confident, resilient athletes who understand their craft, trust their training, and know how to compete under pressure.

Whether you choose a paired lesson or a small group session, you can expect a supportive, challenging environment designed to help athletes raise their standard and continue moving forward in their development.
