Intensives are two-hour deep dives designed for athletes who want dedicated one-on-one attention and a more detailed breakdown of their pitching motion. These sessions allow us to slow down, evaluate movement patterns, identify inefficiencies, and create a clear plan for improvement.
During an intensive, we may focus on mechanics, spin development, arm path efficiency, movement quality, pitch design, mental performance, or any specific area the athlete is looking to improve. Because of the extended format, athletes have more time to ask questions, make adjustments, and develop a deeper understanding of their pitching motion.
Intensives are ideal for athletes preparing for a new season, learning a new pitch, working through a plateau, or simply wanting a more comprehensive look at their development.
