What’s New in March

March is about momentum.

​

High school season is in full swing, and our pitchers are learning how to compete under pressure, adjust on the fly, and handle the ups and downs that come with real innings. There’s a difference between throwing in practice and commanding the circle in a game. This month is about stepping into that role with confidence.

Inside lessons, we’re continuing to build off our PitchLogic data. Spin direction, spin rate, arm path, and movement patterns are giving us objective feedback so we can make precise adjustments instead of guessing. When athletes understand their numbers, they take ownership of their development.

Live Pitch Hits are starting back up soon, and there’s nothing like facing real hitters to sharpen command and decision-making. Bullpens build mechanics. Live reps build competitors. These sessions are where preparation meets pressure.

We’re also continuing to emphasize the mental side of pitching. March games can be long, emotional, and unpredictable. The pitchers who stay steady, control what they can control, and trust their preparation are the ones who separate themselves.
